Commercial Project - Faraday Business Park, Lee-on-the-Solent
Fareham Borough Council appointed JLPL to act as Quantity Surveyor on the construction of 4no. commercial units including office fit out works on mezzanine’s at 1st floor level.
Works commenced in January 2021 and are set to be completed later in the year.
Lime stabilisation was used to consolidate the ground which was part of the former military base. Due to the historical use of the site ordnance surveys were required. As the site had become overgrown ecological reports were required as the area was a habitat for nesting birds and possible location for reptiles.
