We acted for our client Nuneaton & Bedworth Council as Employer’s Agent, Quantity Surveyor and Clerk of Works on this project, which involved the construction of 47 new dwellings comprising of flats and houses over three sites. Including a fully adaptable bungalow and 4 Life Time Homes Properties.

The scheme was built in two phases, with phase 1 being located on 2 former garage sites with very tight access and numerous rights of way to adjacent / surrounding rear gardens and garages and phase 2 being on a larger sloping site that required a significant amount of retaining walls and on site attenuation.
