Construction of 30no. new build units for emh with Countryside Homes building out the scheme. The scheme consisted of 20no. rented units and 10no. shared ownership units all of which sold prior to the scheme completing.
JLPL acted as Employers Agent and Quantity Surveyor on the scheme and undertook the Clerk of Works role during the initial phase of the works.
