Commercial - Henson Park, Whetstone
Construction a stunning new headquarters for Joules clothing. The scheme incorporated the construction of two new ‘barns’ along with a large atrium link between them and features a mock shops, and agile workspaces. This created a new 60,000 ft2 facility, enabling the brand’s long-term growth and development in the UK and internationally.
The project won the Midlands and Central England Corporate Workplace Award at the 2022 BCO awards.
Our Role: We provided full Project Management, Employer’s Agent, Quantity Surveying and Principal Designer services from inception to completion
