Construction of 84Nr new dwellings, comprising 12Nr supported living flats, 13Nr bungalows and 53Nr houses, together with associated parking areas, balancing pond, play area and other public open spaces; for Emh Housing. 30Nr dwellings were for social rent, 30Nr were shared ownership properties, 10Nr were rent to buy properties and 14Nr were open market sale properties.
