We provided Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveying services, under Orbit’s framework that we have been on for 7 years, but have worked with Orbit since 1992.
We also undertook open book inspections as the contract was let on an open book basis, with a Target Contract Sum.
Construction of 99Nr new dwellings, comprising houses and 3 storey blocks of flats; including Activity Park, together with associated parking and external works.
Of the 99Nr dwellings, 19Nr were for rent, 40Nr were shared ownership and 40Nr were market sale.
