Retail- Waitrose Food Store
We provided Project Management and Employer’s Agent/Quantity Surveyor services on this 36,500 sqft Waitrose food store. The store area is constructed at first floor level with travelator and lift access to optimise the use of the restricted town centre site with undercroft car parking areas. The site is in a flood risk area adjacent to the Uttoxeter legacy park sponsored by Lord Bamford (of JCB fame), so special design and elevational treatments were critical.
